So, you got an item from us and it either doesn't fit just right, isn't the exact color you were hoping for or you just changed your mind. Not a problem. We make our returns process very easy. Please just email or call us.
We would like to know the reason you would like to return the item. We are always trying to improve and if we fell short on our end, we would like to know about it.
You will receive detailed instructions from our Customer Service Department as to the address to return the item to as well as the RMA# you will be assigned. Please contact us within 14 days to obtain an RMA#. The RMA# is very important and must be clearly written on the outside of the package in order to be returned. We are not able to accept returns without an RMA# written on the outside of the package.
All items must be in the same brand new with tags condition in which you received it. It cannot be worn and it still must be clean and cannot smell of smoke or perfume. We are unable to accept used or damaged items back.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping. If you received an item that was originally free shipping, please know that an original shipping charge of $4.99 will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
If you would like to exchange the item for a larger size or another color or another item all together, please go ahead and purchase the item and once we receive the item you do not want, we will issue you a refund of the purchase price.
Also, please know that once we receive a return back into our store, you will receive a refund of the purchase price. And, we will send you a cancellation request. This is very important in order to close out the transaction.
