As described, quick delivery, adequately packaged. Great communication from the seller. Only concern is that there is no data/details of the standard that the cable is rated to on the cable. Initial resistors arrived on time but were the wrong value to that which had been ordered. I contacted the seller who agreed to send the correct items which duly arrived four days later. As compensation the seller told me to keep the initial items rather than return them. So thank you very much.

Great communications! The package was slow to arrive but the blame rested with Royal Mail and does not reflect at all upon the seller who was very helpful - bear this in mind! I always have a great experience buying from Switch Electronics. A really good seller let down by a rubbish postal system.

The initial delivery arrived on time and looked good. However when testing them it was found that the incorrect version had been sent, they were Common anode and not common Cathode. Contacted the seller with photo who confirmed the wrong version had been dispatched and would send correct items. Good service and a quick response.
