I don't have a problem with the item ... but I do have an issue with the customer service. Through no fault of my own, I was sent the wrong item. When I brought this to the seller's attention, they responded by giving me a series of tasks to perform (print return label, package item, drive to the post office...) which had to be completed before they would send me the item I had ordered. This was their mistake; why was it my problem to fix?? Consequently, my item eventually arrived very late!
