No idea if this was as described as seller had misplaced the item. On the plus side they made contact quickly stating the item had been lost and promptly issued a refund and also are the first to state the true reason for cancellation hence the positive feedback. Good honest trader, well done.

Came in an eBay branded box (no protection for damaging) luckily item works perfectly. Only fault I would say is in description it doesn’t say what comes with it so I had to wait an extra 3 days until I ordered a charger for it as it only had enough battery for round 10 minutes before dying. Description only shows the company and what they do, no description of the actual item or what it comes with. Overall happy but think these things should come with a better description
