Hedge Trimmer as described/photos. A good quality item at a great price. Prompt delivery, but OEM box not strong enough to prevent the blade from being slightly bent in transit, but easily straightened, so no issue.

The cost of 3 bulbs was around 52 GBP. In the customs declaration on the package, the seller mentioned 62.28 GBP. Any value above 75 USD (= around 60 GBP) requires paying additional local tax. Due to the higher wrong value stated, I had to pay an additional lical tax of 10.5 GBP (instead of zero) to get the package. In addition the bulbs were poorly packed. The seller is not responsive.

The item's description was accurate, and the shipping cost was reasonable. The shipping time was slightly longer than expected. But, this was beyond the Seller's control. I have purchased items from this Seller in the past, and would not hesitate to do so in the future. A very positive transaction. A+

Llegó justo lo que pedí, hice la compra 2 veces (una con devolución), ambas tardaron demasiado, más de lo estimado y no hay servicio de rastreo, buen vendedor pero pésimo servicio de paquetería.

The description of the items was accurate, and the items are exactly what I wanted. The shipping cost was reasonable and understandable (international). The shipping time was longer than I preferred. But again, understandable. Overall, I am very satisfied with this transaction. I would not hesitate doing business with this seller again. A+
