Received the wrong bubble wrap size. Contacted seller immediately with pictures and got a denial answer after a day. I indicated to return for refund but offered a $10 on a $53 instead. I refused. Seller went silent didn’t bother nor cared to male the situation right. Terrible product too. Bubble deflates to a flat plastic at the slightest pressure

The item I ordered was exactly as described and finally the first to leave a delivery in a very safe place . At my back door WOW ...Normally alot delivery drivers will leave it at the front door of our old farm house . Our new farm house is right beside it. Which an obvious difference. The front door for thar old house is right on the road. Easy for someone to take package. The old house does look abonded super creepy, haunted like.So go figure! LMAO . THANKS FOR GETTING IT RIGHT. I ordered 2.7mil thick poly envelopes & they sent me what felt like their cheaper 2mil thick poly envelopes they have available in their store. They gave me some bogus excuse stating that they are thinner than the advertised size because of the materials they use to make them! They were also packaged HORRIBLY! They literally sent all 500 poly mailers in one large poly mailer, no other protection. And absolutely NO communication! Save the headache and buy elsewhere!
